Bio – Dr. Debra Barker is an experienced Non-Executive Director and former Global Drug Development Leader, serving on the boards of both NASDAQ-listed and private life sciences companies. She supports management teams in achieving critical value inflection points as they transition from discovery through clinical development to registration, commercialisation, or strategic exit. A committed contributor to corporate governance, she currently chairs Compensation and Scientific/Portfolio Committees, and serves on Audit/Risk and Nomination Committees.

With more than 30 years of international experience across biotech and large pharma (including Novartis, Roche, and SmithKline Beecham), Dr. Barker combines deep clinical and regulatory expertise with strategic acumen in Oncology, Immunology, and Infectious Diseases. Her leadership has advanced multiple assets from first-in-human trials to global approvals, driving scientific innovation and shareholder value.
